Our History
Founded in the year 2012, we initiated our operations from Mumbai and established ourselves as the leading manpower consultants in the region. We have our presence and network of associates all across India, catering to the business needs of our clients by providing the top-notch manpower services.
Registered under the Government of India, Ministry of External Affairs, we are certified to recruit limitless number of professionals across various countries such as; Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Bahrain, The State of Qatar, Sultanate of Oman, The State of Kuwait, Iraq, Sudan & Mauritius.
With our persistent dedication towards our work, we have successfully managed to deploy 7000 candidates in all types of Technical, Administrative and related trade.
Our company has its influential presence across India with associate offices and Trade Test centres which enable us to have access to all types of candidates. We offer remarkable services to a wide range of industries such as Civil Construction, Chemical, Automobile, Engineering, MEP, EPC, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Architectural & Interiors, Waste Water management, Marine & Shipping, Logistics, Hospitality, Facility Management, Paint, Education, IT & ITES and other such industries. We follow a highly functioning recruitment system and have training centres available to train the labor, cleaners, helpers and other such Blue-collar categories efficiently.
Our Recruitment Process

Agency Agreement
The company signs an agreement with us to carry out recruitment from India. This agreement lists all the terms and conditions between the agency and the company.

List of Requirements
After finalisation of the agreement, the company shares a list of vacancies available.

Raise the Demand
The company then raises a demand letter and power of attorney through www.emigrate.gov.in.

Sourcing, Screening & Shortlisting
We source candidates through our network, database, advertisement and through associate offices. After sourcing, the candidates are screened as per the company’s requirements and a shortlist is sent to the company.

Client Interview & Medical
A delegation from company’s end either visits India or through Skype conducts the interview of the shortlisted candidates – either a trade test or table interview is arranged. Upon selection, the candidates then proceed towards their medical fitness test.

Documents for Visa Processing
Upon getting a medical FIT certificate, we scan all the documents required to process the visa and send it to the company for their perusal.

Emigration
After the visa is received, we prepare the documents for those candidates who require Emigration clearance and we also arrange the insurance policy.

Tickets & PDOT
Upon emigration clearance, we confirm with the company and the candidate, their preferred date of mobilisation and after their approval book the tickets or request the client to book accordingly. In the meantime, the candidates undergo a pre-departure orientation training by the POE office in India as well as by our consultants.

Departure & Feeback
At last the candidate is set to depart India and we provide the company with the details of their arrival. After 15 days of their joining the duty, we request for a feedback from the company, in regards to the performance and efficiency of the candidate. The same is taken from the candidates’ end as well.
